hello i wanted to ask you once i get to root@localhost it doesn't let me install either with git clone or with atp could you tell me how i can put programs like git clone https://github.com/1N3/Sn1per could you tell me how i can do that

It all depends on your setup. However, if you're using Termux and ubuntu-in-termux, chances are you're on an android device of some sort. If this is true, you likely won't be able to install Sn1per as-is, since the Android system is missing several of the dependencies required by these network defense/pentest tools. This would have nothing to do with ubuntu-on-termux.
