How to add rates from reaclib that are not in reactions.list?

I have a question about adding rates in MESA. If I prefer to use the rates from reaclib for a particular run, and I want to add a rate that is not in reactions.list. Should I have to add it up manually, or will mesa look at it automatically from the current library file? I have the same question for weak rates from reaclib.

I believe MESA should process from the reaclib file, and does use reaclib for most reactions. the reactions.list file is only a small subset of reactions mesa handles. As long as the isotopes or reactions are include in your ".net" file, MESA should handle the rate.
