Website Update: Remove Link to MERL Tech from menu

Overview

We need to remove the link to MERL Tech from the menu so that we don't send traffic to MERLTECH, which we are no longer in partnership with.

Action Items

  • [ ] Remove the link to MERL Tech in the header (including the arrow)
  • [ ] Review to make sure the site is still working properly
