Can not drag and drop packages in pcc files

I can not drag and drop packages from one pcc to another. I always get the "can not drop" symbol in the cursor and the packages do not get dropped.

To Reproduce Open Package Editor, open two pcc files. Try to drag and drop any exp packages from one pcc to another. Have tried with DLC and basegame files with the same result.

Expected behavior It should drop the selected package into the pcc file of your choose, but in my case it never happen.

Screenshots and files used to replicate this It happens with every single pcc file in LE1, LE2 and LE3.

Version information: Legendary Explorer v6.3 (23/07/23)

Other information I've tried with previous versions, stable and nightly, it never worked for me.
