Open Conditional from Dialogue Ed Context

Feature/problem description When save-editing for testing different plot-based dialogue branches, being unable to see plots involved in Conditionals right away can slow things down needlessly.

Solution description Highlighting a conversation node that has a "Cnd" associated, and being able to click on that Conditional on the right panel interface to open and locate that Conditional Index in the Conditional Editor would be a nice addition.

Alternative solution Displaying an extra text-box under "Conditional" in Dialogue Ed that displays the Conditional plots directly (but that would require having Conditional Editor code loaded up at all times -- I'd prefer the shortcut instead.

I'm not 100% sure but this is mostly implemented in our plot manager branch. Not sure on the status of it but it's pretty swanky and areas that show plot conditionals/bools etc show the string about it instead. Another dev can provide more info.

Just reviewing old issues and wanted to see if this is fixed for you with the plot database system the toolset uses now.
