Addition of reference genome name and details to report
Please add the name of the reference somewhere on the html report. The file name would be great or if the details of the reference can be pulled from the server (detail like ST and number of contigs - if it is complete or de novo) that would be great. Suggested tabs to add it would be either tree tab or perhaps a new tab? Or even this could use the mdu ref command and the details of the reference could be stored there?
@kristyhoran has this been implemented?
I reckon we should have a dedicated Reference tab?
Especially if the user provides a GENBANK ref, we could extract all the eheader information from the GBK file so the user can see it all!
ie. everything from line 1 LOCUS to just prior to the Annotation section.
