Error installing `mdsplus-python` package on RHEL7

Installation Method(s) Installed from RPM packages

Describe the bug Has a dependency on Python3, but can't find it. See screenshot below.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Configure a RHEL7 server (without Python3) to access the MDSplus package repository
  2. Use yum to install stable

Expected behavior Installation without errors.
