Platform Rocky Linux 8.7 (Green Obsidian) with javac 11.0.19

Describe the bug Build from source has many: warning: [options] bootstrap class path not set in conjunction with -source 8

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: directions from: https://mdsplus.org/index.php/Software:BuildingFromSources

Expected behavior Build without warnings.

Additional context I'm not sure if these warnings will impact the function of my build. If they don't cause a problem I am fine with them.
