New installation on Windows 10 with LabVIEW 2021

In LabVIEW 2021 after connecting successfully to the MDS Server, I have an error message when trying to retrieve data :

**Error 42 occurred at mdsplus_connection_getData.

Possible reason(s): .%MDSPLUS-E-ERROR, Error.**

I also tried MDSplus tree create example in LabVIEW 2021 - Also an error 42 with the following error message

mdsplus_tree_constructor.<ERR>.%TREE-E-NOPATH, No 'treename'_path or default_tree_path environment variables defined. Cannot locate tree files..

I have the feeling that a default directory is not located ….

Sorry this dropped off the list. We probably need to generate new labview objects against LabView 2021.

I will try to get someone to do this. -Josh

Dear Louis, I will check if we have a labVIEW 2021 installation here and I will look into it. Not sure however.....
