jScope defaults to "Add New Signal" when an error occurs after clicking Apply

Steps to reproduce:

• Edit a panel in jScope
• Generate something that will cause an error
• Click Apply
• The Signals List will now be focused on adding a new expression, instead of editing the one you were just on
