Collapsing of title hides exercises in Colab

The title orders need to be fixed in order to avoid collapsing the question into the header for the previous sub-exercise's title.

I believe someone mentioned an issue with the first MD notebook, needs looking at again.

So probably the way around here is for the MD notebooks to align themselves with the ML ones (looks like it's my bad for using exercise2!)
