Read (and write) triclinic MRC files

Following up on #100 and #108 it would be great if we can read triclinic MRC files, in addition to orthorhombic.

Help (especially in the form of PRs!) is very welcome!

I think that this will require a closer look at how triclinic boxes are handled throughout.
