So far, no media players out there have this capability with the exception of TV Headend.

403 comes from the provider, they are blocking access to the m3u. Ask them.

403 is from Provider.....

Provider EPG is terrible. Consider adding a Zap2it free account for Premium EPG, although this EPG will require manual mapping.
