Valkyrien Skies Ships do not render with mod installed

Open CodeF53 opened this issue 2 years ago • 4 comments

Bug description

Most blocks do not render when turned into ships with Valkyrien Skies

Steps to recreate

  1. install Sodium, Nvidium, Valkyrien Skies, and Fabric API
  2. boot game, create world
  3. get the "Ship Creator" stick from the "Valkyrien Skies" tab of the creative menu
  4. place a block and right click it with the "Ship Creator"
  5. observe the block turning invisible

Misc

Doesn't apply to chests

Applies to ships from Eureka!, which uses Valkyrien Skies as an library

A guess cause i'm not at all skilled to be a developer but in eureka the ships are stored in a place called shipyard maybe its not showing cause its not loading there? but that wouldn't make sense since chests show

This is due to how ships are rendered, they are as you said, stored in the shipyard then rendered in the correct place, this... is not really supported in nvidium unfortunatly ill leave it as an enhancement but it wont be high priority sorry
