Issues with Nostaliga Tweaks old lighting.

Old lighting in Nostalgia Tweaks causes block updates to not render between lighting updates at sunrise and sunset (things like doors opening, blocks being places etc.) blocks will update once another stage of the sunset/sunrise begins (so as it gets darker or brighter). EDIT: for a temp fix, you can also turn off the feature and turn off smooth lighting and setting the brightness to 0. however its not 1:1 with beta lighting
