Not scanning for Stage 0

Neko detector does not appear to be scanning for stage 0, only 1 and 2. I'm running this on Windows 10.

Same issue here for me.

The Scanner doesn't say it targets stage 0, but it will detect it. We held off on a release to ensure it caught all the samples we had available.
