Incomplete exceptor files in some versions

In 1.1 and a1.0.16_02, presumably other versions there are nonfatal compile errors that show up when decompiling.

a1.0.16_02 error:

Error on line 29 in minecraft/src/net/minecraft/src/NetClientHandler.java unreported exception java.io.IOException; must be caught or declared to be thrown

This isn't neccessary to fix but is annoying to see in the logs when recompiling.

BetterJSONS. This is the reason why it's downloaded. Also, if you downloaded it once, it shouldn't download again. Unless you constantly clear libraries folder
