Timezone not tracking

I travelled between UTC+10 and UTC+11 last night, but RevolutionIRC is still showing message and action timestamps in the previous timezone, even after I've exited and restarted the ap.

It appears that the app is using my "home" timezone even when I'm away.

On the one hand it's good that times are recorded consistently, but on the other hand, it's confusing when all the messages appear to be at least an hour old
