App Register Failed ( Windows Cannot Remove Old Versions )

I was about to update to the lastest versions but then this happened

Tried to uninstall the old version but it's been 5 Hours not showing any progress

Things to note: My pc profile got corrupted last month and I had to clone the data from the old profile to the new one ( This is causing the windows confusion about the appx being installed but actually not )
