3DS-RPC Pretendo bot isn’t adding me back

I’ve been waiting like 12 hours and it still hasn’t friended me back, I’ve tried re adding my 3DS like 3 times and it never added me back I’ve also tried rebooting my 3DS. Nothings working

Update; The bot has added me back and the status updates on Discord, but on the website I still cannot view my console:

Clicking 'None' gives 'This requested URL was not found on this server.'

I added the bot on August 1st and my console has only just appeared on 3DS-RPC today (Aug 4th), but weirdly the bot hasn't added me back and it says I was last online on Aug 1st and it won't update.

Edit: I decided to add the bot through Nintendo instead and was quickly added and it's working fine. It seems to be an issue on Pretendo's end.

how can you add the bot on nintendo if they shutdown the nintendo network years ago?

because they only shut down every game. The friends server is required for a lot of the 3DS function with online (I think it's needed for pkm bank, but I could be wrong), so they just left friends running.
