How to connect server after I transfer to another server.

I can't connect to the server when I transfer to another server. I can connect to the login-server successfully, but the server I played, need to choose which server you want to play after login the login-server. I don't know how to describe this issue, maybe like the following pics. After I transfer to another server, I'll be disconnected. I wonder if I can solve the problem?
