I can't log into my server. My server version is fabric 1.20.1. MCC stays stuck in the login phase and then disconnects. The server log is as follows:

You need to set this to true to get more information that can be analyzed 把配置文件的DebugMessages设置成true才能获取更多的的信息

Mcc can run on forge, I've been using mcc on a private forge server (10+ mods) mcc可以加入forge服务器，我一直在我的私人forge服务器（10+mods）使用mcc

登录账号那些都是正常的，就是连接服务器会卡着，然后服务端那边报timeout。 我的服务端是fabric。

I tried to start the Fabric server with the mod list you provided and joined. There is no problem to join the server and operate normally, such as sending and receiving messages.
You can try using the latest Fabric server from here (1.20.1-0.15.7) and the latest MCC
