[Idea] Make it looks more like a notchian client for the server

Describe your problem

Client is being kicked from skyblock and some other servers for "afk".

Suggest a possible solution

Make the client send C03PacketPlayer every tick and C03PacketPlayer$C04PacketPlayerPosition every 20 ticks could resolve the issue instead of sending packet of the position each tick (I tested with and without with a custom client)

Does this happen only on 1.8.9? I'll look into fixing this when I have some free time. Thanks for reporting it

It does that with at least 1.8.9 and latest, so all versions I guess.
