[1.8.9] Mouse keybinds don't work in any menus out of the game

Bug description and reproduction steps

May or may not be a bug and may apply to newer versions.

1. Set pause/foward/backward to mouse buttons
2. Start a song or playlist in game.
3. Log out or return to the main menu
4. Keybinds have no effect
