[1.15 and later versions] a delete prompt for playlists

Detailed description of the feature

hey, do you think you could incorporate a prompt that appears when you try to delete a playlist. As a person who misclicks half the time it is way too easy to delete a playlist. If this can't be done can you at least tell me where the file location of the playlists are?
