Looks like the actual error is caused by RoughlyEnoughResources, which must have some strange interaction with one of our dependencies, recipe confidence. Unfortunately it looks like you're playing on 1.17...

I think this was fixed in 2.2.1 however I can't confirm and this issue is quite old. Will investigate if a newer bug report is opened thank you
