Improve feature creation / update UX

Having the form above / between lines of the table is king of weird.

One option would be to put these form in a modal, however this would prevent looking at other project features while creating / updating one. It would be possible to hide modal on request, however it creates some edge cases :

• What should we do when trying to edit another feature / browse to another page while modal is hidden ?
