Specify prefix for proxies

As a developer, I would like to hide some of the structure in my Izanami proxy in order to simplify the frontend. For instance, if the naming convention app:env:...rest is applied, I would like to be able to remove the app:env prefix, in order to deal only with the rest in my frontend code.
