related to "valid until" in Otoroshi, an API admin can setup a validity date.

  • [ ] this date can only been setup by API owner
  • [ ] subscriber can see this date
  • [ ] date can be setup only on parent subscription (in case of aggregation) => subscribers see the date on childs
  • [ ] write a test with testcontainer
