No neutral color MP model makeup

The number 0 in the color selection for the face overlays of the male/female MP models is not neutral, but black.

If you save any outfit of said models and then load it, you can never have neutral color on the face overlays, so you can't use certain make-ups (like the Halloween ones) as they are intended (they have their own colors) because the trainer always assigns some color to the overlay.

We need a "neutral" or "no color" option.
