By the way，I tried ScriptHookVDotNet v3.6.0，ScriptHookVDotNet v3.5.1，ScriptHookVDotNet v3.4.0, and the misposition window also popped up

Again, this is an ASI mod. It has nothing to do with ScriptHookVDotNet. If you are having issues with custom languages while using ScriptHookVDotNet, please post that as an issue to ScriptHookVDotNet's Github, not Menyoo. Menyoo does not use ScriptHookVDotNet whatsoever. It's not a DotNet mod.
