How do i make a NPC attack me if i provoke him

You have to either select it Spooner and change it to 'neutral or enemy' or, use Spooner, go into the ped's menu and find the 'task/sequence' menu and select 'fight ped'. You'll select 'self' (that's you) and put in the amount of time you want them to be hostile.
