isMaxResolution wrong behaviour

Setting isMaxResolution={true}, cause to lock the camera on idealFacingMode = FACING_MODES.ENVIRONMENT, and cannot switch back to user-facing mode

it was tested on Samsung a51 5G, with firefox browser.
