Auto fetch of XPrivacy Pro community filters on new app installation

There is currently no way to auto fetch the community filters for newly installed apps, which has to be done manually for every app that is installed. Only the generic template is automatically applied, but it would be bettwr to have the option to use the community-provided filters in paid version.
