Blacklisting of accounts/applications/contacts

So I can hide some contacts, and if a add a new contact it shows this contact but still hides the black listed ones.

This doesn't seem safe to me. This way it is not possible to prevent a newly created contact to be protected before it gets accessed. Or do you mean something else? EDIT: oeps bump
