Cut a release?

Hi, Would you consider cutting a new release for tmatrix? The 1.4 release works fine, but some distros may consider tmatrix inactive with no releases since 2021. And fractional speed check is a nice improvement. Love the project.

There have been a couple of smaller changes on the backburner for some time that I add and put together a new release. Haven't thought about the inactive aspect so thanks for the suggestion! I really appreciate your support :)
