Adding comments doesn't work for files protected by administrator permissions

Together with @JKolodziejczyk and @apospieszny, we have been testing NanaZip as the final project for the Software Testing course at Jagiellonian University. Here is one of our results:

When trying to add a comment to the file on e.g drive c:/ the comment isn't saved. On another type of file, it works as intended.

Reproduction steps:

1. Right-click on the file on drive c:/
2. Pick option comment
3. Type your comment and save it
4. Right-click again on the same file and again choose the comment option

Expected result: Comment in the textbox should be the same as written by us

Real result: The textbox is empty.
