修补两个cpp和五个rc文件修复#457，同时让nanazip更现代化

You should not change the SevenZip content in the NanaZip.Core folder for better synchronizing from 7-Zip mainline. (Actually, that folder only contains SFX stubs and CLI edition. NanaZip and NanaZipG is not in this folder, lol.)

You should change NanaZip.UI.* folders only for your PR.

行吧，我希望彻底修复#457，所以我才修补了NanaZip.Core/SevenZip/CPP/Windows/Control/Dialog.cpp以及NanaZip.Core/SevenZip/CPP/7zip/UI/FileManager/LangUtils.cpp
