Oh that's a light one. How about this?:
The first screenshot is when the window is focused. The second screenshot is normal and the window is unfocused. The bug appears only when the window is focused.
Until this is fixed, for those with the same problem the workaround is:
Go to your Windows Settings > Personalization > Color > uncheck Title bars and window borders
Of course, title bars and borders of your windows will no longer be displayed in your preferred color.
Was pretty surprised by this by opening up NanaZip today. I didn't know it got updated and my firewall notified me about the outgoing connection from NanaZip (it never did any networking before the update). Combined with the broken UI and the Sponsor NanaZip button, my first thought was that a malicious update was pushed from the developer (but since I use the app from MS Store, this is unlikely, as there is at least some vetting), or maybe the app was sold to third-parties, which turned out not to be the case.
The grid lines are actually there, but they are the same color as the background, so they blend in. Compare selected lines with unselected:
XAML tooltips issue should be fixed in https://github.com/M2Team/NanaZip/commit/2603e8e373e23c38c37a5fc1b243970796109e74.
But other issues need to do some further research.

According to the current information, the font issue should only affect some Windows 10 environments.
So, for Windows 10 environments disable DWM blur for full window to solve the issue. Here is the fix commit.

The tooltips were indeed fixed, but the odd black spots in text are still present.
Additionally, the "up" icon now has a solid white background in dark mode.
Windows version is 10.0.22631.3593 (Windows 11 23H2).

For the "up" icon, it's a known issue. But this will be solved after replacing that with XAML Islands in future releases.
The odd black spots in the text are caused by your environment‘s DWM because NanaZip uses DWM extended margin to achieve the full mica dark mode. I think this will be solved after replacing legacy UI parts with XAML Islands in future releases.
From your screenshot, the text font is sharp. It should not be a big issue for use daily.

some graphical problems has been solved in recent build and the others, most of them are not nanazip's problem but win32, like white board around button it might be fix in the future, with full xaml islands gui
