System/Machine side install

Installation with winget ignores the setting for machine side install and it installs is on user side.

A machine side Install would be appreciated

This is the issue I also care about. I need to find a proper way to do that. (People can install NanaZip from Store or WinGet, but users also can register NanaZip to all users in the machine.)
