[Feature Request]使用rust-brotli

https://github.com/dropbox/rust-brotli 1.支持Google brotli的所有特性，并支持多线程压缩和追加模式。 2.有一个与Google brotli二进制兼容的FFI。 3.不依赖Rust标准库，所以（理论上）不用太担心程序体积的增大。

Brotli is under the .7z option.

观察了一段时间，感觉这个项目也许不适合用在 NanaZip 里面…… 看起来这家伙的 CI 挂了一年多还没有被修复……
