Hi,

I was going to open a ticket for this. I suggest it should be a high priority to address as it is a quite common message to see and very confusing / unhelpful for the average user - plus horrible grammar!

This post at Sourceforge gives a full explanation - condensed =

In most cases it is due to another archive tool adding e.g. digital signing certificate, or a web server wrapping it with HTML, etc. It effectively means "You cannot change content of the archive".

It is correct to offer a warning (something more informative than the current one!) but the user should be given a switch to ignore it.

Suggested change to warning message:

Warning: There is data after the archive payload. This is usually a harmless artifact from other archive tools, but could indicate a corrupted archive.
