Please elaborate on how to set GPU-PV in "Documents/ConfigurationReference.md"

I set GPU config parameters as per instructed in "Documents/ConfigurationReference.md", however the GPU in VM doesn't work, Device manager shows GPU status is "Error code 43". I googled for solutions with "Hyper-V GPU paravirtualization Error code 43", however the posts online always tells me to use powershell to confugure VM, which doesn't work for my situation here. Can you please give a few examples in your documents which I can follow to configure my VM. Much obliged.
