Network provider's info pop-up is not English

After making a call, my network provider sends info about the number of minutes I have left out of my monthly allowance. This appears as an on screen pop-up, but it is not in English.

In previous versions of CM12, this was in English.

GTranslate ftw :D the string is: 壽漀甀爀最椀 Unfortunately, I can't find this in Android anywhere. Maybe it comes from your provider?

provider answered the Russian word in the cyrilic --->Ok provider answered the Russian word in the latin-->wtf???

you can temporarily solve the problem just by changing the display language information in the USSD request, to change the language, use the USSD request, but for each operator they are different.

how can you change the USSD language? Also, when this problem started to appear? It might be a modem problem which means u probably have this problem on all ROM's. ( I just tried and I have the same problem).
