Use declarative macros 2.0 rewrite literal macro

export literal construct for each type by macro_rules is not elegant and hard to let it work correctly. Macro 2.0 maybe resolve this, but looks macro 2.0 matcher not work with multiple pattern arms at today. https://github.com/rust-lang/rust/issues/39412
