I would see it in the Firestore read documentation as a way to handle big documents. I'm not sure it's worth adding it directly to the cloud_firestore package.

Was this PR created after merging different PR into a branch? I feel like it could gain in readability if it was separated into several commits
According to [Google's official documentation](https://cloud.google.com/identity-platform/docs/android/mfa), MFA with multi-tenancy is not supported. I could reproduce your bug but there is nothing I can do to fix this.
