[Bug] Reverse order of words in RTL languages

In RTL languages (Persian,Arabic,...) The order of words in the line is reversed. There's an example of the issue:

Instead of checking you can also add a RTL flag to the /q command to just reverse it manually

I think the way telegram itself handles RTL languages is that it check the first letter of the message. If it's from an RTL language it changes the whole message to RTL
