/qs not working when the chat group creator has deleted the account

When the chat creator admin has deleted the tg account, the bots fails with this message:

I wasn't able to save that sticker. Error: 400: Bad Request: have no access to the user

I think the problem is in https://github.com/LyoSU/quote-bot/blob/1845ab801a0aa3968b58ffe9a02bf8f9b756814b/handlers/sticker-save.js#L74 , it doesn't check if the user still exists.
