Model download stuck at 100% and re-download if restarted

It ignores the existing model and keep downloading the same model every time I start, the download ends at 100% but it keep stuck and I find the model ending with .safetensors."random numbers" tried to rename them still stable ignore it, it also happen with img2text model and every time I relaunch it and try to use img2text it download the model again and doesn't complete the description of the image and I've been in this loop for days unable to use it

我也遇到过个别模型有这个情况，我只能去C站用第三方工具（浏览器或者IDM下载）然后把文件手动放到模型文件夹里面使用。
