[Reguest] Add Omost and prompt Quill to Stability Matrix

Please add the support for this new class of software. Fooocus already implements such a "prompt extender" but it is an older version that is much less powerful than omost and prompt_quill. They are very necessary to get state-of-the-art, "Midjourney-level" outputs.
